What is the advantage of Booking Early?
The sooner you book your trip, the sooner we can start arranging your services. If you are planning your trip in the peak season, ideally, you should book 3 or 4 months in advance as hotel rooms and flight bookings are limited. While we accept bookings as late as 30-60 days before the trip according to our terms and conditions, we encourage you to book as early as possible to allow us time to make the best bookings possible for you.

Your travel advisor will prepare a formal tour contract for you including the traveler's info, travel company info, fixed itinerary, price quotation, payment info, insurance info, terms and condition of booking a tour, etc. please read this tour contract and get us back with your opinion, your travel advisor will modify the tour contract until making an agreement. After booking a trip and paying a deposit, Himalayan Wander Walkers will list a plan to arrange each service item in your contract, like air tickets booking, train tickets booking, applying for your Trekking permits, Tibet Permit, etc. We kindly request to email the colorful photocopy of your passport, travel insurance, PP-sized photo, and your arrival to Nepal flight ticket.
Booking For Tibet Tour: You have kindly required to email the colorful photocopy of your passport and China visa in large size 20-30 days before you set out to Tibet to apply for Tibet Permit. And 7-10 days before your tour start, you will get the tour confirmation of local tour guide info, train tickets info, etc. Your Tibet Permit, Train tickets, and other important documents will be delivered to your hotel address in the departure city on time. - Start your precious trip to the Himalayas
