Mongolian Airlines luggage allowance

• Business Class: You are allowed to carry a Maximum of luggage of 30 Kg on an International flight.
• Economy Class: You are allowed to carry Maximum luggage of 20 Kg on an International flight up to 10 kg on all domestic flights.
• Pre-booking or advance arrangement is required for extra luggage exceeding 32 kg. And the excess baggage charge is mandatory.
• Hand Carry baggage should be limited and one-piece which can easily adjust under the seat not exceeding 5 kg.

Within Mongolia, there are two airlines Hunnu Air and Aero Mongolia which fly to different domestic airports. They operate under both regular scheduled and charter. Getting to Mongolia by Trans-Mongolian Train

Trans-Mongolia railway is the second option to get to Mongolia which is popular and adventurous too. This route follows the famous Trans-Siberian line which takes place between Russian and China connecting Ulaanbaatar. Trans- Mongolia railway covers a distance of 2215 kilometers. If you take a train from Moscow will take 5 days to Ulaanbaatar and 36 hours from Beijing. If you are budget travelers then taking a train will save your travel expenses.
