Organizing our trek with Himalayan Wander Walkers was seamless. Dawa was very responsive and helpful and he answered all our questions quickly and clearly. We were guided by Babu, a former monk, whose friendliness and knowledge left a deep impression. He was extremely insightful, and taught us so much about the culture of Upper Mustang, it's history, and his spirituality. He really was core to our fantastic experience, and did everything possible for us. I really wish him the best in life, and we consider ourselves very lucky to have had him as our guide. On the ground, we were able to make some changes to the trek and extend it by a day. Everything felt possible. Upper Mustang itself is extraordinary. Both in landscapes, culture and way of life. During our stay in Lo Manthang, we were fortunate to witness a horse festival. There is serious road construction, but we managed to avoid most of it (August 2024). They didn't make any misleading claims. Still, I recommend visiting sooner rather than later as it seems everything is changing. This was one of the most meaningful treks I’ve done. I highly recommend it! It’s also one of the few treks in Nepal that can be done over summer during monsoon season.

( They have also help to arrange for my trek in Upper Mustang in 2022 ) Dawa and his team of guides and porters made my treks feel like a walk in the park. Thank you for everything! HWW arranged and executed an 18-day Upper Mustang Classic trek for my friend and me. The trek was well planned with professional information flow before the trek. When we arrived in Kathmandu, we were taken good care of from the beginning and until the very end. The trek itself was fantastic (but also hard at times) and we liked that HWW used a local guide that knew extremely much of the local culture in Upper Mustang and could assist with pulling some strings when needed. E.g. arranging a local Jeep with short notice when needed. In general we experienced HWW as a professional company who wants to go the x-tra mile to ensure that the clients have a time of their life and who also have focus on safety and wellbeing. We will not hesitate to choose HWW for our next adventure in Nepal.

Me and my friends joined their tour to Poon Hill in 2019, so this is my second time to trek with Himalayan Wander Walkers. This time I go to Langtang Valley trek, which is beautiful. They are really nice and caring! I am not physically fit, and they take good care of me during the whole trekking. They have a well-planned arrangement throughout the whole tour. And they have a little welcome and farewell ceremony when we arrive and leave, make us feel so warm.
